PeterLabs Holdings Berhad (“PLabs”) was incorporated in Malaysia on 28 July 2010 as a private limited company under the name PeterLabs Holdings Sdn. Bhd. The Company later converted into a public limited company and adopted its present name on 29 October 2010 to facilitate its listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. PLabs was successfully listed on 26 July 2011.

The Group’s subsidiaries, PeterLabs Sdn. Bhd. and Osmosis Nutrition Sdn. Bhd., were both incorporated on 4 October 2002, while PLon Synergy Group Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated on 13 November 2002.

As one of the leading specialists in the manufacturing, distribution, export, and trading of animal health and nutrition products, the Group offers a comprehensive range of products including biosecurity and disinfectants, compound feed supplements, feed additives, nutritional premixes, pharmaceuticals, and water-soluble supplements.

Our manufacturing plant located in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan, was commissioned in July 2011. The facility spans approximately 3 acres and houses our corporate office, production facilities, warehouses, quality control departments, as well as physio-chemical and microbiology laboratories.

The plant complies with Good Manufacturing Practice (“GMP”) standards certified by the National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency (“NPRA”), ensuring all products are manufactured under strict hygienic conditions and according to the highest quality standards.

In line with the Group’s expansion plans, we ventured into mass production and toll manufacturing. In July 2016, the Group established an additional Fat Granular Spray Plant in Klang for the manufacturing and storage of our in-house brand, OsmoFAT.

The facility received the Asia Halal Brand Awards 2017 – Regional Brands: Best Animal Nutrition Feed Product and subsequently achieved ISO 22000, HACCP Food Safety Management System, and GMP+ B2 certifications in 2018.

In the same year, the Group was recognised by Financial Times and Statista through the FT1000 High-Growth Companies Asia-Pacific 2018 award.

In 2019, the Group received the World Confederation of Business – World Business Leader award. Our Group Managing Director, Mr. Lim Tong Seng, was also honoured by The Socrates Committee in Oxford, United Kingdom, as “The Best Manager of the Year” for his outstanding professionalism and leadership.
